Psychologists have known for a long time that people tend to exhibit consistent personality traits in communication with others. Â Luckily for us, they sharpened their pencils and gave us some really great tools to help understand these complex ideas, and give us actionable intel to improve our relationships, both professional and personal.
This webinar will go over one of the oldest and most reliable personality inventories - Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and some modern adaptations. Â We will understand the 4 polar facets of this tool:
- Introvert/Extravert
- Sensing/Intuiting
- Thinking/Feeling
- Judging/Perceiving
While the scale results in 16 different possibilities for a personality type, a lot of work has been done to get these down to 4 major personality Archetypes, which we will explore:
- Rational
- Guardian
- Artisan
- Idealist
